Third Day (The United Family!!)

After dancing in the corridors to their ´wake up call music, the children met in the library for assembly. Points were given to the families who sat together at lunchtime and dinner the previous day, and to the family members who wore their own colour.


English classes were with the four teachers and the children took part in Interacting games like ´Who, What, Where?´which uses actions to improve language skills. They also had time to practice for the grand family presentations which take place tomorrow.

Later, after playing ball games in the swimming pool, the children played dodgeball with the monitors. They had numbers and symbols painted on their faces which everyone found very funny and were in teams according to families. Four families did the best in the competition and will go through to the final.

During a delicious dinner Javi introduced the flan song "Flan Flan Flan, Que Baile?" and some of the boys ate a flan in one bite! The evening activity was a relaxation time watching the ´Simpson´s Movie´ which the children found hilarious.

We got up with the song ´Paquito el chocolatero´. Afterwards we had a rest and then english classes, each family in one class. Later we ate gazpacho and tortilla with lettuce. It was very nice. Then we took a siesta till 4.30pm. We ate again at the swimming pool - sandwiches, and had a relaxing time. With the monitors we played a game of basketball, we had to throw the ball and hit each other to get people out. In the evening we ate flan and sang a song together. Later we went to the library to watch a film. Everyone was very quiet!
